Ingredients:
3-5 potatoes
2-3 carrots
1-2 onions
1-3 zucchinis
1 small head of broccoli (opt)
1 red capsicum
1 can corn
1 can lentils, drained and rinsed (opt)
1-2 cups wholemeal flour
1 tsp salt
Cooking instructions
Grate potatoes, carrots, onions, zucchinis. Put in a cloth and squeeze out as much juice as you can. Mix everything in a big bowl. Shape patties with hands and cook on a low heat in oil till brown on both sides. Serve with sour cream and sweet chili sauce, or yogurt mint sauce.

Can substitute buckwheat flour and add an egg to make burgers without wheat flour.
