Ingredients:
250gm dried soup mix (barely, lentils, beans, peas). Soak overnight.
3 potatoes 1-2 carrots 1 swede 1-2 parsnips 1-2 stalks celery 1-2 onions 2 cloves garlic vegetable stock Cooking instructions
Chop all the veges. Saute the onions and garlic. Add other veges and the soaked pulses. Add stock to cover veges well, and simmer for a few hours.
