Marzipan
Ingredients:
450g ground almonds
180g icing sugar, sifted
345g caster sugar
1/2 Lemon, juice only
8 egg yolks
1 tsp almond or vanilla essence
Cooking instructions
Mix the Almonds with the sugars. Add the liquids and mix to form a soft paste. Knead briefly on a working surface sprinkled with icing sugar.
